so I have not seen anyone commenting on this - but there is an auction up in Paso the same weekend as Santa Maria - so are they trying to start all over again?

seems kinda forced - but obviously dealing with the high end snobby people

Like i have said hundred times. I loved when the show was at paso, but the city and its citizens did not want it there anymore. Santa Maria seems to have welcomed us with open arms. From here on out, Paso is going to try to organize different things to draw in the people it wants (not us). It's all goes back to that write up saying paso was the next Napa valley. Thats when it all started. First was the tattoo show, then the bike show, last us and the car show. Hell i would not doubt if they got rid of their fair too, cause its to redneck for the wine snobs. All i can say is its Paso's loss, and sorry to the businesses that are losing all that revenue. See you all at Santa Maria

  9. There's a little car show over HERE, and a little auction over THERE....all in all, it was so small, ya hardly knew it was taking place. From the pictures I saw of it last year, I have more cars in my backyard:D. NOTHING will compete with the shear numbers we all brought to Paso. I go to Paso after Summer for some other "thing", and the merchants I talk to are very unhappy with the change.

I think it was the "Valley Spokesman" They always had the room right next door when we stayed in Paso. It was always a treat seeing a 80 year old man in bike shorts. Kinda like an english bulldog in a tiny wetsuit.
