Hey Ron, haven't i seen your ride in a reader's section of some magazine before?
The ones Fraz & old beet posted are super smooth though.
I'm curious to see a post car chopped, I see lots of hardtops chopped, but no post cars?

haha, oh **** i just noticed it was chopped after I read your post. I'm a ****in' dummy....I guess that makes it a nice chop, doing it so it looks like it belongs that way.
So mike, any info on the chop?

    j,
i've gota few around here somewhere i just can't seem to find 'em right now. are you gonna keep this car or are you just gonna finish it and sell it? i saw a coupla pics of it on here tha other day and for the $$$$ you've got in it i'd say keep it. sell the truck. the ford is cool and could be a nice car for you. focus my friend. i was gonna sell the plymouth as it sits but now i'm torn. i know if i sell it now to make $$$$ for the buick i'll lose money on what i have in it. so i'm thinking on keeping it and putting it to the side for a bit. the biggest problem is i've been thinking a two door conversion and carson top might be a good thing to do with it. i'm not into for much but in it's current state it'd be hard to sell and if i'm gonna finish it i want to do it my way. i'd say keep that ford as you will never get yourself into another one for the $$$ nearly as nice. and those cars look good chopped or not in my opinion. you could always go simple and do a dark metallic or your choice top with a pearl white body(reverse of most peoples thinking) and have a really nice simple attention gettting ride...ken....

Not a Victoria nor a Ford. It is a 53 Merc. The car used to belong to my good friend Chet Miller from Temecula, CA. The picture was taken at OC Fairgrounds Labor Day Cruise. Close enough to a Ford though. [IMG]

Probably THE best looking 52-54 Ford I have ever seen. I prefer chopped tops, but this car looks great even without one.

Actually the pic was taken at the OC Fairgrounds June 23, 2002 at the 3rd annual Top Banana Show - did he finally sell it, I haven't seen it around for a while. More pics of it HERE
