What year/engine (6_ Ford truck)?

Looks like a '57 and probably a 223 cid.

 

Round turnsignals peg it as either '57 or '58. The engine is a 223.

 

Looks like a solid old truck that the motor is sitting in, too nice to be crusher food.

The 170 would've been over $200 at the half-price sale! The American(?) "mags" would've been ~$20 each. I did get this center console that's in pretty good shape though:
