  1. Sounds great...do you have any photos of the interior?

I love the 49 - 51 woodies, and black it definatly the best color choice. Great looking car and I am eagerly awaiting the interior pictures.

Nothing like a woodie. I'd love to have my old 48 Plymouth woodie wagon back anytime. It was a 2 owner car bought new in downtown Houston and stored since 1962 at Mom's house. I bought it and had it running and driving in about 10 days. Drove it for several years. Sold it about 25 years ago to a guy who was Dental College student at UT Austin. His dad picked it up to store it until the boy was able to do something with it. It went to an industrial building in east Houston in the North Shore area.
Never heard of it or seen it since. 1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe Station Wagon with original Cruiser Maroon paint, all the factory paint markers on it from end of line inspection and the original Briggs Body "OK" sticker still on the firewall, 16 inch wheels with new BW tires, 7-****on radio, missing only the spare well cover for the back of the driver's seat, even had the original rubber mats in the back and nice original upholstery everywhere, and the third seat too.

  4. any pics to share that show the completed interior?
