Just a small sampling of some of the rides we saw at Beatersville today. This was our first experience with this show and we can't wait to go again next year, hopefully with a truck to show by then. You'll see I was biased toward the trucks.
Saw a few Tenn. plates. It was hot, but overcast just enough to keep the sun from being burning hot. Felt a few hints of sprinkles, but it held off.
The weather surprisingly did hold off, I was glad to see so many smith metalworks shirts... haha. great time for sure
Hey Biscuit Eater, Caught the pics earlier today. Very nice. Very nice. Took Mrs. Trucked Up out for dinner. Scooted back home to get a better look. WHAT...........First page is gone. The page that had the cool Chevy pickups. Everthing is in turmoil in the Trucked Up houshold. Can you re-post 'em? Thanks, Brent
See you made it back Jeffro......We got back home around 8:30 Sunday night. Good talking to you again....hurry up and get that truck done!
Thanks to all that came out to Louisville for the show. The Fantoms have a BBQ the day before the show each year out at my house, people stay in tents in the back field and cruise into the show the next morning. We where lucky enough to have the Tenn. Chapter of the PoorBoys at our house, also The Roller Rockers from South Bend, we will do the BBQ again next year. So if you all want to come out to the show next year but, not pay for a hotel, and get free BBQ n Brew.........Then you all are more than welcome to crash at our place........till next year catch you all on the flipside...... Pete
Dr. Fishstein, Great hospitality, BBQ, and convoy to the show through historic L'ville. More than 10 poor boys cars attended Beatersville and we had an absolute blast. Make your plans to attend Pete and Holly's pre-party and campout next year and Beatersville 2010. It is one of our favorites where we kick off our rodding season. Pete, Holly, and Fall City Fantoms (Patrick for the use of his welder), thanks for another great weekend with friends. 2010 is already circled on my calendar.
