Here it is i have 1963 plymouth conv. $ anyways . I was told that the original mototr was a 445 and the fender tag last digits are 445 right now it has a poly 318 . How can i found what the original engine is another hint that i have is the left fender wall has an indention where a bigger engines alternator needs to fit into . Hope that makes sense help if you can
Mopar never made a 445 and they all had the inlarged box at the Alt area. 63 would have had 383,361,318 poly, slant six. I have never seen a 413 in a ragtop, if so its a rare SOB.
alright can anybody tell me about the fendre tag i know the 10 digit vin only tells you if its a v8 or not but does anybody a accurate fender tag decoder
I have info back to 66 but not much prior to that...sorry I can be of much help. But as suggested do a google search and see what you can scare up.
