So, I got this gig about 6 mos ago, doing maintenance and some custom building for a guy with a great collection. Super cool guy, great sense of humor, and a true car nut. I've passed the "probation period" have made him happy by getting pretty much everthing you see running. We're working right now on stuffing a 450 hp SBC into a 1955 Alfa 1900 super sedan, for the Carerra Panamericana in the fall (Dear God, please let us get this car done and debugged in time...). I had posted this up a few months ago, but figured the boss might not be cool with me showing off his stuff to god and everyone without permission. Well, he gave me the OK, so here it is-my office. From an undisclosed, secret location in LA. Anyone think he MIGHT win the "Man Caves" competition? Oh, and bear in mind, this is just one of the warehouseS he has....

Oh yeah, I forgot-there's a full bar about 4 feet to the left of the line of Fiat Abarths...

Nice collection, thanks for posting the photos. Looks like a great use of the floor space, are the cars on the top racks runners or future projects.

Little bit of both...just having a hard time getting to the upper cars because there is nowhere to put the car under it so I can lower the lift. But times 40. And, unfortuneately, many of the cars where put into mothballs without fuel stabilizer, so I'm having to drain a lot of tanks and flush out varnish on many webers and solexes. Some days it smells like a furniture factory.....

    Cool job and collection!

I see a few Hot Rods mixed in there. Any info on them? Do any of them have history or are they newer builds? Thanks for sharing the photos with us...
