Hello to all. My name is Dave, and I live in Windsor Ontario, across the river from Detroit. I've been a car guy all my life. I worked in Chrysler Dealerships(2) as a service writter and as a tower controller. I also have 9yrs in 3 different speed shops. I joined because you have an incredible classified section, my buddies will say "I'm looking for ....., and I'll say go here or there cause I'm kinda the Go To Guy. My best friend and his son have an Aspen(sorry its later than 74, keep tellin him get an old car) race only drag car and I frequently source parts for them. Told them about this site and the classifieds and we have some parts for sale as well.(building a 572cu.in. big block dodge, need extra cash) Love the fact that old style cars are the main focus. Thats my story, now I'll sit back and surf the site and prepare our sales list.
Hey Rougebeats, I spent alot of time in Wyandotte in the 70's and early 80's. Cool project, I've said for quite sometime that there are alot of land yachts that would make cool cruisers. Everyone wants that elusive car, you know, the 57 Chev, 49 Merc or what ever is trendy. Things get mighty boring if everyone drove the same car. Dare to be different.
