    Good Score !!

Would be INSANE to chop up such a Nice truck.

Look up the one Pete Eastwood has, He drives it all over the place & uses it as a Truck.

My Buddy has a '34 and its used as a truck all the time, Used it a coupe months ago to pick up 3 FULL loads of early Ford parts.

Super Cool to pull up in an Old Ford & Load it FULL of .... Old Ford Parts !

Not sure about Eastwood, maybe you're thinking of Eric Vaughn of Real Wheels that had a '32 and put a sbc in it behind the original drivetrain. I thought Eastwood had a T truck...your mileage may vary...

Definite possibility of a cool hauler there. What a score man. I'm jealous.

  8. Very sweet as is, but how would it look without the fenders and a slammed suspension?

The only thing I would do to that truck is get rid of the mechanical brakes if it still has them and maybe a taller gear.

    YOU ARE CORRECT !!!

But i was just kinda useing it a a gauge..

Both Eric & Petes trucks will give him the idea of what i was talking about.

I see Pete at most all the swaps i attend & he has bought several old Dodge wheels from me that he Dimples & Re-Spokes for Big TT truck's.

    I stand corrected ... SORTA :D

That would be an awesome car hauler!

  15. What a great find . . . would love to rework that truck and put some bigger horsepower in it. I know you guys aren't going to like this, but I can't imagine running a banger in it - no matter how much work you put into it. There is no way you'd ever take it on the road to anyplace - unless the majority of the drive train was replaced/upgraded. To do anything but the local parade, you'll probably need to swap out the engine, trans and rear . . . hopefully with something that would still be cool, have performance, can actually stop when needed, etc..

I'd put something big in it - that had tons of torque in it. Maybe a nailhead, or an earlyl Hemi . . . or a MEL . . . you get the picture. If you go later, than a 460 would be great -- maybe some running gear from a big late-model dualie.

Just my opinion . . . for the little that it is worth!

I'm not positive, but, I think you got
a really good deal. I love it, don't have
any use for it but still love it. Congratulations.

The local Pepsi distributor has a nice 34 that is somewhat of a restorod with a later engine and trans but appears original when it does the parade thing in full Pepsi colors.
