1958 Toyopet ( Toyota )

That's the one I saw.....it's here in town, very interesting car! it's the Crown, so it's a big car by Toyota standards, but pretty dinky compared to late 50s US iron

I had this car at the Saturday night cruise night here in Scottsdale at the Pavillion. Everyone remembers me starting the car with the option hand crank LOL.

That thing is really cool to see on here.

I have the Mechanix Illustrated issue with Tom McCahill's test of the 1958 Toyopet. I will try to find it and scan it to post here.
