    Picked this up at a swap meet a week or so ago, couldn't p*** it up with that crazy three-bar and bullet spinner.
    It fits a 13" wheel and I'm guessing aftermarket. It's chromed steel, not stainless.
    The guy I got it from only had one this one and had no idea where he got it from.
    Has anyone seen any like this or know any details?

    That is an Accessory 1961 Dodge Lancer, They made them in 4 bar also.

    BUT !!!

    It could be after market also ... They were sold by MoPaR & some after market companys.

    I had a set of 14" on my '61 Dodge Seneca.

    I just happen to have a '62 JC Whitney catalog here...pretty sure that rust means the thing is an aftermarket copy;
    "1961 Lancer type", available in 3 and 4 bar type.13" three bars are $28.95 per set, available with either white or black enameled stripes.

    Poor mans hot rod bible. If you didn't buy some things from J.C. Whitney... you were probably lying or you were wealthy.:D

    And that GREAT JCW chrome...often some of it would flake off and stick to your fingers as you pulled your new part from its box, and soon your garage floor would SPARKLE from all the tiny flakes...
    I think my oldest catalog from Witney/Warshawsky is a 1933...they invite their public to stop by for a visit while in Chicago for the '33 Fair. I have a couple of WWII ones, filled with odd wartime kludges and expedient stuff, and somewhere are a bunch of fifties and sixties ones.

    I think you´re right :) mine were NOS and never mounted .I always remove them washing the car ,keep them covered in WD40 and don´t let them get wet, otherwise they´d rust within minutes....haha

    Wow, thanks Bruce for the excellent details!
    I suspected it was aftermarket and being in a '62 catalog fits. Being it's 13", I imagine they probably aimed for the Valiant and Falcon market.

    Baumi, love your '56, unusual color combo. I've got a 2 door (post) BelAir myself.
