Hey Guys, Only 4 weeks to the big show. This is where my prject is at. Anyone else burning the midnight oil to get their's done in time?? Would love to see where everyone's at with their ride! Post some pics.
Howdy neighbor. Ya, youll be burning a LOT of midnight oil to drive that puppy to Billet Proof.<O</O Look great though. I just finished a 1950 M1 for my wife. Its her daily driver till the snow flies again. Check out my online album for pictures.<O></O> Good luck getting that done in time!!!<O</O
I need to fix header leaks and repaint them, fab a hitch for the trailer, glue down carpet in car, adjust rocker arms, and find a motor for the father in laws 55 ford pu, it blew up in sat nights cruise. Yeah, lots to get done. Its is coming quick
I need to fix some wiring, put in my windows, paint the dog house lid, paint the dash, put in my curtins, install my lakes pipes, roll my wheel wells, install my fan, finish some sound deadining, put in some carpet, and wash it.
Wire it, and make sure everything is bolted down and kosher. Probably wont be 100% "done", but im aiming to make it there and back from auburn.
Hey Guys, Well I'm getting closer to getting my truck done. Got the box and rear fenders Mounted and the brakes are all done and working. Just working on the motor now. Any one else got pics pf their ride that's still in progress for Billetproof??
Nuthin' like a primer F-1 in my opinion!!! If you want to see one in motion (for inspiration) here's mine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJzMlhNbCSY
I just got mine back together from being "off the road" for the winter. Finished the Olds dash swap, painted the dash the column and wheels, restored the heater, restored the Lincoln steering wheel, new gas tank, fuel sender, new shocks, new radiator, made a new core support, bumper brackets, new motor mounts and some other little stuff. Unfortunately, the car still LOOKs pretty much the same. on the to do list for the next few weeks: p***enger side rocker panel and lower door repair, round the door and trunk lid corners, and finish the install of a new floating grille.
I'm going with 54 Buick- ***an red. The dash is 2-toned, with ***an Red on top, and gold on the bottom. And thanks...
My roadster is 99% done, all I gotta do is figure out a way to get it there. It's got the stock A engine in it for now, so I don't plan on driving it 300 miles one way I may end up flat towing it with my pickup.
My ship comes home on Wed. As soon as I get home and settled I will be in the garage working on the 59.
