How old do you think this is?

A friend recently got this go cart. The front suspension and the steering column looks like a cut down Ford T ?
Speed is controlled by the hand lever which operates a clutch.
The engine is a modern 6hp horizontial shaft.

 

I'd say Late 50's/Early 60's.

 

Mid to late 90's.
