Not quite the bay area...OK...Morro Bay area... check with Jason at Bear Metal. It might be worth the nice drive! Really good dude, and I know he punches louvers.

He punched louvers in my 36 Ford hood.

Great work, he is a real metal craftsman. He did my job quickly too.

His shop is in Vallejo, just across the Carquinez Bridge, about a 1/2 hour from S.F.
