Got this old NOS supercharger. It's made by "Industrial Foundry" in L.A. it says Indusco Dyna D-1 Supercharger on the casting and it fits with a two bolt carb (or a Meteor Injector :) ) Anyone know anything about these? I can't find a thing on them anywhere...

I don't know, but it seems to me that, many years ago, Ansen marketed a flathead intake called an Indusco.

looks like a rochester 1 barrel might fit on top. Do you have a pic of the bottom of it?

They seemed to make these in two bolt and three bolt configurations. I'm finding some information on them now. I think Ansen is correct. They mount between the carb and the manifold and are supposed to "swirl" the mixture with the impeller inside. Cool looking little toilet. I'm going to try to find a second one as they would be *****in' on a 2x2. They can't HURT performance any.

I wouldn't count on that. It may be a restriction to the flow and hurt the top end. But outside of the salt, we don't really get to the top end much anyway. At least i don't.

Reminds me of this thing: http://www.tornadoair.com/

Waste of money as it actually IMPEDES airflow.

If it doesn't work well you could always gut it, slip a tube through the chamber and just use it for carb spacer and wow factor. It may help on the lower end of rpm on a multi carb unit though. It would be cool to play will to see what it does do, nice find Scoob.

Calling that contraption a supercharger is a huge stretch of the imagination.
