The event was covered by Hot Rod Magazine, and they reported that, once the 289 engines were torn down and inspected, only a few rocker arms were found to be worn past new factory tolerances. Way to go lady

he askes her, "your 89 years old ..arent you afraid to be out on the road with a car with this many miles on it?"..she produces a hand gun and goes on to tell him she has a CCW and knows how to use it..!

    I love this Lady..

Shes getting her moneys worth out of those "lifetime warranties"

Man if that dont put a tear to your eye... my dad had a 64 2dr ht comet for a bit, was a real sweet car. Had a lil 260 in it and pulled pretty good. I am ***uming that this car has one in it too. Just goes to show if you love your car forever...your car will love you forever..

She's a gal who knows who she is and has her wits about her. I'd surely adopt her as my Granny!

  28. This lady owes her longevity to her state of mind - she does'nt THINK shes old.

Shes thinks shes capable, able and still swithced on.

    And she is.

    Way to go.
