'29 shed find...

We pulled this '29 Tudor out of a shed in Columbus, NE Thursday...remembered seeing the car when I was in high school in '69.

 

Great find. What are the plans. Cop top?? She'll look good if you didn't do anything but log miles with her. Congrats

 

that looks very nice , what are your plans? i have a soft spot for 28-29 tudors

 

After unloading the '29...driving 50 miles in rain didn't knock off much dirt.

Now to keep it, sell or trade the car...you can probably guess my wife's opinion.

Other than get the Tudor running / driving...I'm not sure what I'll do with it.

I love hot rods but that thing is just too nice to cut up. But if I kept it I know what I would do.

 

Hop it up just a little.Put juice brakes and dual carbs on it and drive it.

 

"Grocery getter"...yeah, I thought I'd surprize her with it...she thinks the car needs to find a new home...HA!

I suppose I could yank the banger out of my coupe & drop it in the Tudor...that would "force" me to finally get a V-8 in my '31 I been thinkin' about..

 

Now that is a plan also, either way you can't lose!You go kinda like Chris' ''A'' Coupe.

Wow, any Model A Tudor with dual sidemounts and accessory luggage trunk is a rarity and quite refreshing to see after all the groundcrawlers being built these days.
