Here are a few pics of my latest CL score. Price, FREE. I plan to go back in the am, I plan to just get the cab and front sheetmetal, and some misc parts, then the land owner is going to s**** the rest. It is a 1940 Ford COE box truck. The box is also loaded with parts from??? Going to dig through it all tomorrow, and try and get the parts I want loaded. Not sure what I'm going to do with it, sell trade, part out or build, but if nothing else it will make good yard art. This will look cool next to the 46 Ford super Deluce club coupe I got off CL last week for $250, and it's a solid buildable car as well. Not the best finds ever, but cool to find anyway.

    Congrats! That thing rocks!

  15. Wow. The only thing I get on CL is some ***hole from Oswego sending emails or even posting ads saying I should s**** my stuff.

Oh yeah, and all the scammers from overseas who want to send me a cashier's check for $25,000 for my $2500 car.

If you want to flip it I know a guy with another one that would want it, and he's in Mo also.

You might show him this post as I probably will end up selling or trading it. I already have WAY too many projects. I plan to just cut the cab loose from the frame and just roll it over onto a small flatbed trail, while trying not to damage it too bad. This thing is sunk in the ground up and past the axles. Cab is pretty fair, some lower rust, and missing some floor panels and grill bars, but great for a hauler project. No engine or trans, the whole time on the way there I was hoping for an Ardun, or a scott, but not quite that lucky, that stuff is probably in the dump on the other end of the farm:). It's going to be a project to say the least getting it, but it should be fun, barring snakes and rodents. also getting an early 20's buick touring, and a 33 chev sedan remains as well as time allows. All 15 miles from my house and 3 miles from my parents.

if he is going to s**** it I would cut the frame from behind the cab and bring home the front section. That way there would be a lot less chance of causing any further damage to the body
