    hi there new to the forum
    typing skills and creative writing **** im gonna just jump in
    was wondering if anyone has ever swapped a s10 frame under a early 30 chev truck
    any one

    I don't think the S-10 would make a good match for the narrow body. Look for something early and you may be ahead of the game.

    If you have the original frame, I would use it. They were made tough, had to be to keep all the wood in shape. if you don't use it there are a lot of guys that on here that would like to have it. oh, btw welcome from colorado. And search out some of the chevy threads on the main board...ghost

    thanx for the response
    i dont have the original frame the truck is an ex 1 1/2 ton
    i got everyting but the box (probably a flat deck) and frame
    the body is actually in really nice shape but im just trying to figure out a way to get it together reasonably cheap
