New magazine from the Burnout crew?

I stumbled across a new magazine that I think was published by the same people behind the Japanese littlebook "Burnout". I can't remember the name and I can't remember where I saw it. It is a slightly larger format and has features on many of the Chopper's cars. I thought I saw it at The Hot Rod Company, but now I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone know what magazine I'm talking about or where to find it?

I'm bringing this up cause I just got issue 1 and 2 of ******** Rod and Kustom. Holy ****, this is a kick *** mag. No ********, *****in hot rods. I'm hooked. And I think my Japanese is improving. ;) (Don't sweat it, it's in English too.)

  5. It's a good magazine put out by a guy w/ a good eye.

Nash was in town about a month ago w/ Makoto and Mr. G. Jetcitysicko and I took them down to see Jerry Chinn's sedan and some of the stuff Lucky's Choppers is building. The sedan will be in an upcoming issue and is bad! Caddy power w/ two fours. Original patina...of about 13 colors. Original stripes on the 40 Ford wheels. The list goes on. Look for it soon.

Thats it, *****in little mag, I'm kinda partial(sp?) though the car I just traded my roadster for was in it. The previous owner even included a copy of it with the car. Wish there was some where are here that I could find it.

  10. I apparently missed them by about five minutes. I was bummed. I haven't seen the mag yet, I'll have to check it out.

  11. It's an AWESOME little mag that I sell in Australia for Nash too. It's got EXACTLY what everyone asks for (rods, kustoms and no B.S!) yet AMAZINGLY gets a lukewarm reception here.....'cos it's got Japanese text in it!!! EGADS!!!!! I can't for the life of me figure WHY people ***** about Japanese text when there's ENGLISH too!?!?!?! Are some people still THAT racist or are some hotrodder's just compulsive whingers???

Since originally posting my original question, I've picked up both issues of ******** Rods & Customs (from Sidevalve at thehotrodcompany.com) and am really pleased with them. They are expensive at $20 each but feature mostly cars that I would be proud to own. I'd recommend this magazine to friends.

That magazine rules. It's only going to come out a few times a year so the price isnt that big of a deal.
