Junk in the Trunk Swap Meet, Sat June 20th [/IMG] Tognottis Auto World, 2509 Fulton Ave., Sacramento 7am-2pm, spaces FREE, info Vince, 916-485-5072. I am not sure about how many spaces are left ... but this is looking pretty good .. Vince reports that many new guys are bringing "virgin parts and speed equipment to off load.. and many of them have never sold at a swap meet before .. I think FREE spaces was the key to bringing the virgin stuff out ..... so you guys pass the word and check it out .... (and also right across the street is a Lexus dealer that puts out free donuts & coffee in their customer waiting room --- you take it from there ... I know nuthing ) (the last one of these I help put together at Sams Maaco in North Highlands was a killer mini swap meet ... who knows maybe one of these will show up
yes that is a 37 Batwing pm me and i will link you to my photobucket album on the car -- do you have a Stude or just need a hood for a project? John
I'd like to see more pics too. It looks killer from here! I don't know that I have ever seen one before.
Not sure how to link and I don't want to get anybody too excited it's a 1937 Studebaker Dictator Coupe and it's not for sale --- and very few survived http://s235.photobucket.com/albums/ee209/Cruzerdog/1937%20Studebaker%20coupe/?albumview=slideshow
A very nice ole beastie. I'm glad the decision is yours on what direction you take with car during your stewardship.
Too late, already got excited! A 1937 Dictator Coupe is the car on the top of my list (of cars i actually may be able to afford someday list). I have a 1949 Stude 2R-15 truck and a 1953 Stude coupe, which I love, but a Dictator, that is the pinnacle for a Stude guy. I hope to find one like yours someday.
