Thank you for all the great photos!

Most of the cars I picked as my favorites were shiny black. A trend?

    Wouldn't mind seeing more of Rogue's rp/u:

I believe that rpu was built by the Jalopy Shoppe in Escondido. Jim Sibley should be able to give you more info on it as the dude that built it is a friend of his.

  22. While I was getting ready for the Cacklefest at Bowling Green, I was thinking the Dougster was covering the Roadster show for all of us to enjoy who were busy snorting nitro.
    As usual, you didn't dissapoint.

I think this car was referred to as the "leg show T" and was on the cover of rod and custom in red in 1969?

one of my favorite fad T's , I wish it still had the indy profile tires on it.

No, that was a different T...
Although Dan Woods was a member of the Early Times and the "leg show T" was also owned by an Early Times member, they were not one and the same.

Abandoned airfields are still out there, great point. There is a great website devoted to them by state and part of the state:

yeah.. I just googeled it, a little different... but basically the same headers, and front suspension is what threw me.
