I have a guy possibly interested in trading these sedans for my 69 ford pickup with a mild 401. HERE IS THE TRUCK Here are a couple pics of the sedans more are in my gallery so what do you guys think. I am waiting to here back from him. He has wanted $5000 for them for about 6 months I believe. I think the best bid was around $3000. I figure in the current economy a running driving truck would sell much easier than 2 non running ones.
4 sedans..I'd have to believe that after I though about it long and hard. I would do the trade, they don't look to rotted out anyways. Besides, you could part them out at swap meets and make some money if you don't want all 4 of them.
ummmm... trade the truck keep one of the sedans keep the best parts to build one car then sell the rest off to fund the build
I'd go for it, too... Take all the best parts and make one super nice one. Those are in really nice condition, I don't think you could wrong, I know at Carlisle I didn't see **** for Model A's, you could corner the market . FYI, I dropped a little over 2 large on one in similar condition as the 1st/2nd one. There's some money there. IMO they didn't sell because not too many people have the space (or a reason) to buy 2 (it would be nice to be able to, but I know I couldn't because I don't have space...) If he sold them individually I bet he would got a nice price on them.
If the Ford truck isn't something you use, do the deal. Even if you flip the Model A's, there much more of a market for them than a 40 year old pickup...even if it's a nice one.
man what you doin with my trailer and why is that fugly ford on it? make the trade man!! keep one and sell the other!
millions of old trucks out there.. get the 2 sedans, trade one for an F1 or a cool older truck, and come out way ahead!
