Okay, so here are a couple pictures of the striping I did on my friend Shane's '55 Ford 2Dr. just before he went to Viva Las Vegas. I've been striping steadily for a few months now. Let me know what you think. KEEP IN MIND THAT I NEVER DRAW ANYTHING OUT OR TRACE---ALL FREEHAND---
Thanks 69fury, well put....I don't know if there is ANYTHING subtle about his car, but I appreciate it.
Thanks everyone, I appreciate it. And JeffB2, it would be awesome to do some work on you car. Let me know when you're ready. I'll PM you so you have my info.
This was my FIRST car, before this I striped on stuff for my wife and friends like cell phones, laptops, jewlery boxes, and high heels. Mostly stuff for my wife.
Looks killer. I love a dash striped within a inch of it's life. When I am bored it's what I do to my car. Now move on the the innner doors, Grnish moldings, etc. Keep up the great work.
I actually do have to go back and finish the rest of the interior and the radiator support. Normally I would say it's too busy, but for HIS car it flows well. You notice something new every time you get in.
I don't suppose you fancy a trip to Scotland? I've got a 'blank canvas' (50 Chevy pick-up) that needs some brushwork. Joking apart...you do some nice work. Keep a steady hand!
Looks great! Keep up the good work! I always thought that whole "Less is More" deal was a load of crap too.
Like I said, on HIS car...it fits. The whole thing is like an eclectic zombie/pirate theme. He has heads and bats hanging all over and dead pirates skeletons. So it fits.
I know, it's not exactly my taste either, but the car looks like pretty much like he does. If that explanes anything.
