Found some slot cars in my parents attic...

    That is a very very nice build. The tires remind me that we used foam tires and castol oil injected into them to make em stick. Or for fun put on the Fat MPC tires that came in models. We would allow out front wheel to side out on br*** tubes. This would make p***ing harder in the turns.

    Cool stuff. I can remember my uncle taking me to a slot car track in Tulsa back in the mid 60's. Hang on to that stuff for sure.

    Those are neat slot cars ,a bit before my time ,but very cool .I wish i had all the models that i built as a kid (in the early 80's) and then blew up with firecrackers right after the glue dried...

    the reason you dont remember them is that they must be mine ill be right over to claim them... jk:D
    thats a hell of a find at the gsta show here in st paul there was a guy selling new tracks and cars like this..i've still got my dads afx cars tried to use them. but afx pretty much dissapeared by the mid 80's. they didnt work right on tyco tracks
