Knoxville Dragway is having a car show this Sat. from 09:00 till everyone has enough and goes home. Think it costs $10.00 to get in. You can run your car as much as you want or just do the show. I got a posi track installed in the Model T today and going to try a couple p***es just to see what it will go. Do a little test and tune for the "Drag Bash" coming up in July.
Just got back from the drags, there was a pretty good turn out. I ran the model T three times, beat a supercharged Roush Mustang with 550hp lettered on the hood, a 5.0 stang and got beat by a big block Nova race car by a bumper. I cut a .256 light against his .867 (ZZZZ) I ran a 8.66 against his 7.79. He had slicks, I just had my street tires. Had a good time but it was HOT up there today. My next door buddy ran a 6.05 with his 351 Mustang drag car after adding 150# to make the cheap street cl***.
