Customs ID This Please Weird Custom Display

A friend of mine is setting up at the Carlisle Chrysler show and offered to take it to see if anyone knows. I may try some 2000 grit paper to sand some of the black off. Would be cool if the headlights & trim was painted on. Thanks for all the ideas. It's staying in the collection at this time... just big and weird enough!

Like Ray, I find this piece fascinating. I like the split bumpers, tube grille, rear pan, fins, etc. The greenhouse is a little bizarre as are the sheer size of the fins. Quad headlights (can't tell from pic)???

I almost agree with the sign theory but I think it would have been made from wood in the 50s/60s. I've never seen anything quite like it, sure hope someone on here can help ID it.

Break out the 1000 grit and find out what lies beneath.
