So I'm sick of getting things loaded up and transported for blasting. Here's the new cabinet I'm building. It's 5x3x3.5 approximately. There's 2 sets of glove holes. Will be getting a 12"x48" window, and a vacuum system. I don't know exactly how big a vacuum I'll need to clear this setup, but I'm sure with the right crossflow setup it should be relatively efficient. Still need to weld up the inner angle iron structure and base so I can calculate the specs for the hopper and legs. Any thoughts, opinions, or suggestions on how to improve appreciated. I'm building two for now. Who knows after that. Oh, and sorry for the slightly furry pictures. I took them with my phone at work.
NICE,We have a trinco at work I use it all the time.I always wanted to copy it so I would have one in my shop.I was going to tell you but I think its too late.I would make the cutout for the window a standard trinco size so you can buy the clear gl*** protecter sheet thingys and they fit the light on top too, same size. You will go through alot of them. You also want a screen for the table surface that keeps the big pieces from getting back into circulation that will plug the nozzle.Im sure you have a good idea of what you need by the looks of it.Lets see some more pics...
Thanks for the replies guys! All cutouts are designed to use tptools windows, glove rings, etc. They do sell protectors too, which i will be using. The light will be of my own design though i think.
