So after 15 months its finally on the road and legal. i can't believe how easy it was to get through the inspection. Yeehaw. A friend tells me he saw this (old car) in one of his clients garages and she just wants it gone.
She also needs some work done on her house. So I go see. She needs a hallway added into her loft and a closet framed and rocked. Piece-o-pizza.
She supplys materials I supply labor. i tell her I,ll do the work for the old truck that she wants gone. She says ok but you have to haul off everything that goes with it. Four half days framin and rockin and I,m loadin up parts. THREE TRUCK LOADS. including this shirt that she just had to make sure I took. She says some guy named "Ed Roth" signed it at the first Cruzin Mag Car Show back in the early 90's. Hell I woulda done the framin alone for that shirt. The rest is history, been at it part time (Gotta paint houses to support my addiction)

As a TT owner I gotta say I am really diggin' it! I love the bed and dually rear end. It balances out against the tall cab, and reminds me of the old stlye tow trucks.

    Nicely done.

    thanks I appreciate it!
Heres a couple shots. you called the wrecker theme right on the money. that was one of my first directions.Lets see if you recognize the frame for the flatbed. The fenders were car trailer fenders cut in half and s***ched back together. The mancave shot gives people an idea of what i have to work in. Its been a strong side weak side build with a lot of determination, and a lack of organization. But what the heck Got it done. Send some pics of your TT

    I like it, very nice.

Okay, I'm curious, did you have a ***le or just do it with a bill of sale? The reason is you mentioned the inspection.
