Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by '29, Jul 6, 2009.

  1. Customcar club Customs of Sweden annual show "Lead Parking" held in Skultuna, just outside Västerås saturday 4th of july. Great show, a lot of cool cars and people.

    Enjoy!

Its also pretty difficult to pick a favorite as theyre all brilliant examples, your bro 'box is wicked, very original front end treatmet, then theres my all time favorite nova wagon w/ plexy roof insert........nice stuff.
I have a question if ya dont mind. that 2 tone 'bird on astros, looks a lot like one ive seen last year here in italy w/ sum ugly ass early 90s alloy wheels, is it the same saved from sum idiots grief?

Looks sweet=) Pretty many cars I havent seen before =P Last time I was on that meet was in 2006 or 2007 but i dont recognice that place? What I remember it was out in the countyside? Have it moved? :p

  10. The show's been moved from the motorcycle-club house where it was held before. I think this is the third year at the new location, Skultuna.

With the added expense and challenge of pursuing this hobby overseas I would be impressed if you only had running cars. Your vehicles could stand at the front of any show here in the states. My hat is off to you! For all of us lucky Americans, next time you list something for sale on fleabay please agree to sell to international buyers. Sure it takes more effort but these guys need our old parts. Thanks for posting the photos!

  12. Don't mind at all. It's been in Sweden since 2007, so maybe it's not the same car.

'29, thanx for the pics, really impressive what you can do with our old iron. Must take tons of dedication.
I'm wondering if there is any chance you can get me in touch with Mattias Vocks, builder of the tudor Amazon that went to SEMA in '06. We have similar cars.
    PM me.
    Regards,
    Alan

  16. You're doing the same with our old Volvo-iron!:)

That was an Amazon wagon at SEMA 06 wasn't it? I'm thinking of the grey Vox unit.
