Offenhauser flathead cam info???

Help? Just bought an old hotrod flathead motor.
It has an Offenhauser J Grind cam Ran a search can not find any info.
Any and all help apprecieated. Also had a set of Weiand F R finned heads.
Any info on these would be great. Wondering if it was an old roundy round
engine, Fenton and Two strombergs..

No info on the J-grind cam. I know Weiand had S (Street) and R (Racing) - not familiar with the F...
