gonna start ordering up the brake parts. Any thoughts on the CNC pedal/resivor assembly like the car pictured above. We used them in our racetrucks and had good luck with them for what they were figure that with a custom longer pedal assembly for leverage should suffice though not very time correct brakes are one thing i'd like to be sound

  8. I dig it as-is......the bent frame, the model A wheels, the molded steering box mount, headlight mounts...somebody spent a lot of time on that stuff. The stude motor just caps it off. I love it. I wouldn't want to try to keep up with the rust issues, driving a bare-metal car but hey, it's your time and WD-40.
How does it drive? Any wheel wobble or shimmy?

  9. I'll take the wheels and tires off your hands for my T roadster if your serious about getting rid of them...PM me.

The Car pictured before was built by the guys at Pinkee's hot rods you could call them and find out what they used... I would say there 16's with 720's in the rear and 5.60 in front..but I could be wrong.. :D

ding ding ding we have a winner.....this is exactly the direction I want to go with the coupe....full hood clean on 32 rails.... do 32 hoods line up with the 31 coupe body? or vise vera 32 grill line up with the 31 full hood? by far my favorite coupe. I sold my rims and tires today took my 16 inch by 4.5 steelies to olympic powdercoating and am ordering up 750/16 firestone gumdips and 550/16 firestone dirt grooved tires from Coker tommorrow. the frame is for sale and have talked to duane at Kiwi Konnection about gettin a av8 from ordered up...like any of my hobbies I cant keep them the same as when i got them

I really like the car in general but that broken back look harkens back to the Show Ts of the 60s-70s which definitely ain't where this piece comes from or before that. The stock A wheels aren't a part of the 50s-60s era either.
The car is searching for an "era" and that era is the 2000s.

I love your car but the steelies just look wrong on it, maybe some 16 inch wires would look better? Was diggin the model a wheels. Just my opinion of course.

The trans is a stock Stude. overdrive three speed with the side forks removed and an old model Jeep top plate added. It's a direct bolt on after the other forks are removed.
