When i start my car up my pressure gauge will read 7lbs., after 10min or so the gauge will read 5lbs. I have adjusted my regulator so many times i thought i'd post this too see if anyone has run across the same deal....
mechanical fuel pump edelbrock put's out 10lbs. i verified. no fuel leaks.
fuel line not too close to exhaust. pressure gauge after regulator. running a 4bl. carb nothin' special. I think it's a bad gauge. any idea's? Thank You in advance.

I had this problem with my 50 fleetline. It turned out to be a bad guage. If you run it hard does it stumble like its running out of fuel? If not I would suspect the guage. Good luck.

Is it a liquid filled guage? I found out that those will read WRONG once they get some heat in them. Better off to ignore them once it's running for any length of time.
