Your grandparents are two of the nicest most respected people in racing. I did not get to know them very well during our racing days even though we were both in the nitro ranks, me in T/F Motorcycle. We both retired from racing in the eighties. I was at the Bowling Green Reunion when they were honored in 2004. When Pioneer T/F Motorcycle riders were honored there in 2006 Alison and my wife got to know one another. My wife admires her very much for how involved she was in their racing operation, especially the between round maintanance she did. Later in 2006 Jim And Alison were inducted into the East Coast Drag Times Hall Of Fame and Tom Raley was on hand to talk about the good ole days as their driver. It was a very special day for all of us who were there. I hope you will make sure they see this thread and how respected they are by all who know them. Thanks for sharing their pictures with us.

The Lee's are truely a class act. When we were having trouble with our A/Fuel car at Suffolk they took time to help sort it out. Great people!
