What's a good choice for a front seat in a 1940 Ford sedan delivery? The after market are so damn expensive. Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

I used an 88 Chevvie S-10 bench in mine. Right on the edge of being too wide, but fits just barely.

    Good luck, -Abone.

In my opinion the factory seats are the only way to go but I understand sometimes there not suitable for long drives but people arent as tough as they once were.

I'd go factory if i could, but failing that i would measure and hit my local junk yard to see what i could find that i liked. I think mini truck seats would probably fit.

If you're looking for buckets, seats from a Tauras (sp) will work width wise.
