So I brought home a 57 f100 a few weeks ago. It's pretty clean. I have to remove some things that someone had put on it, like fog lights and giant mirrors and bumper. I haven't had a project in a couple of years so I'm excited about having something to work on this summer. I pulled the bed off and cleaned and painted the back end of the frame. Doing the rear brakes today. I'll post some pics of it soon.

Here's some pics. How I got, underneath, and how the frame looks now. I didn't do anything to the springs because it's got that helper stack in it, and I plan on putting the springs under the axle. So I'll worry about those when I take them off. Oh yeah, just finished the rear breaks too.

The truck looks clean and solid. I've been looking for a decent 57 F100 for years(nearby) to no avail. Good start on a project.
