2.3 ford rear sump oil pan?

My Mustang donor motor is a front sump. Does anyone know of a rear sump pan in the 2.3-2.5 family? Can the pump pick up be swapped? Thanks, Bob

 

Ranger and fox body mustangs should have a rear sump oil pan

 

Ranger for the pan, and get a ranger cam also, they were a little hotter than the car cams.

 

XR4Ti's have them too.

Yes, get the oil pickup, too. The (I forget the years offhand) 87-?? Ranger and 91-?? Mustang 2.3L's have a roller cam that's a direct replacement for the slider cam.

 

What's the 2.3 going into? I see from your T photo album that you have an "early Volvo" engine in it. And, what are the artillery wheels from?
