Alright inliners I need some help here. I am planning on replacing the worn out motor mounts on my Chevy (1952 side mount 216). I keep seeing upper and lower front mounts listed for this car, what gives as I only see the upper mounts that are on the towers coming up off the frame on my car. looks like it is a three point mount system, two on the sides of the engine on the towers and one at the back under the tranny. I just scored an NOS mount off e-bay but need to order the front mounts and don't want to miss anything here. If anyone has photos of the mount set up in their car that would be a big help, thanks!
Thanks for the link but I have looked in the shop manual already and it does not have enough detail. I'm wondering if my car is missing something as the engine was pulled and rebuit by the previous owners in the 80s. I know the tranny mount is missing...
