Customs Chop Top Merc Photo's

Does anyone know who owns this car or have any more pics of it or one like it? I'm needing to see pics of a merc chopped with a retractable convertible top like this car.

Looks like they got a VW top kit and mated it up with the merc top. Kinda cool.

 

Yeah I have a two door that is like it. I bought it from a guy who was going to do the same thing. The top is done except for the material. But I'm putting it back as a hard top but I came across this picture and wanted to see what one looked like from the rear and with the top up.

 

The top is interesting but I would like to see how it looked in the closed position but it is really different and whats up with the fender scoops
