I for one would be interested in hearing more about the Packard closed drive gearbox in this car. I have an open drive setup in my Model A, and have a copy of May 1955 or thereabouts Hot Rod mag, where the tech article described mating a Packard gearbox to a Chev torque-tube.
Sorry. My Old Achy Middle Finger Hit The 6 key Instead Of The 5 And My Tired Eyes And Rusty Brain Missed The Mistake. The Engine & Trans Have Been Sold And The 411 Rear Has Been Converted To Open Drive And Still Is In My "36" Chevy Coupe.
