I'm getting ready to do the same type of trip to Sacramento for Midnight M***. Your trip was awesome, and the photos were fantastic; I am stoked to do mine. This is the absolute best adventure for any rodder or biker. Easy Rider with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper couldn't touch the coolness of your trip. Well done and congrats.

You p***ed our house 4 miles before this sign and didn't stop to say hi? Isn't the Gorge great? Occasionally you'll spot Big Horn Sheep in there!

In younger (stupider) years we'd race all the way to the bottom, then turn around and race all the way back up. Don't know how I'm still alive!

 

Good luck on your trip, what will you be driving? Have you decided on a route? You are going to have a great time!

Sorry! That gorge is great. It was nice driving through at sunset but the pictures really didn't turn out Next time I'll stop by and say hi

We drove across the Hoover Dam about a week before you did, but we had to do it in a Chevy Cobalt rental car! Damn!

Awesome pics and what a trip! doing something like that has been a dream of mine for a long time. I just got get something running first.

BTW: hope your trip through St. Louis was nice. you were less than 10 minutes from my place going down I-70 just west of the big city. Next time, I'll fill your tank just to say hi look over the rod.
