    Here is my finished 57 ford i did like it was kustomised when new :D

    54 chevy grille from an amt part pack, scratch build 56 f100 headlight rings ( from a 55 chevy hubcap !!!!), satelite tailites , 58 lancers hubcaps , sectionned bumper guards , diamond tuck n roll interior and.... wild paint ! ;)

    This is the first time I've ever contributed to this thread, mainly because I haven't built anything in many years, and sadly sold most of my kustom built ups on Ebay several years ago...

    But anyway, here's one I didn't sell, because I never finished it...AMT 53 Ford Pick up, chopped and sectioned, shortened bed....I think the paint on this is burgandy purple metallic with a pearl clearcoat...

    guess I shoulda used the flash on all the shots...oh well....

  14. Zed....I've been around for a million years. I built AMT kits for almost 40 years. Your '57 is the best model I've seen. Nothing out of place, fabulous paint, period perfect, and it all works. Thanks for sharing it. Topping it will be a handful.....Centurion9

  16. Centurion9, as perfect as the 57 is, its about mid field to what Zed builds. Do yourself a favour and check out his other builds!

    WOW.. that one came out really nice ZED.
    For next Sunday you have to photograph this 57 and your multy green 59 Ford Watson style paint together for some ultimate Model Car Sunday treat for us...

    Hey Zed, great builds there, you definately know how to swing a hammer, you hit the nail on the head for sure!!!!! Love the colors and scallops on the 57!!!!!!

    I can't get over how clean the lines look. The paint looks as if it is from an actual car, not a model. Way cool.
