    It's a beautiful car, but that front suspension is a real head scratcher. Does anybody out there know what they were trying to accomplish with it?...was the goal achieved?

    And i'm just happy i'm finishing up a red 62 belair wagon. Oh and the sound of the hemi made me all warm inside ! Awesome looks like everybody was 21 again.

    Nothing in the world has that nitro sound like the Hemi and really gets the blood pumping. I watched the video 5 times. Thanks a lot for making the video and sharing it

    Could the Gary Fenstmacher be the top fuel racer from St Louis? If so, He was top eliminater most of the time at Alton Dragway in the 60s. He ran a blown sbc against hemis,and beat them with reliability and consistency.We had a tough field every week and gary was almost always in the final round. Good to see he's still haveing fun,****(dragster pit steward ,Alton dragway 61 to 69)

    I think it was the same ch***is , because Big Jim Dunn had the otherone. Dunn later replaced it with a standard Woody front end.

    I think this is the Woody front that Tom Wilford had hanging in his shop .............. fill us in Tom

    I always loved the front engine dragsters but I got chills down my back when I heard that blown Hemi lite up ! :D:D:D
    WOW , that has to be the biggest thrill to be able to drive a true Blown Alcohol Hemi Rail ! Need to see some more runs !
