94 question

Actually these nozzle bars are from the 2100 series with 1 1/16" venturies. They are a left and a right with very small holes on one side only. Question is, do the small holes face towards the inside of the carb or towards the ouside of the carb?

Outside. They have that little block on the inside that a little metal plate sets on and then two screws hold them down.
