I'm trying to figure out what I have for a decklid for my 1935 Pontiac. I ***ume that the Chevy's, Buicks, etc from the same body style are the same. If you have a coupe with either a rumble or trunk, could you please show me pics of how they're mounted so I can set mine up!

I think it's a rumble lid, because it fits better that way (just resting on top), but the hinges don't work. I would prefer to have it as just a trunk but can't figure out if they changed anything in the panels between trunks vs. rumbles.

    Thanks!

I've figured out that I have a trunk lid, if there is a difference. But the universal hinges aren't wanting to mount. The wood frame is in the way and I can't figure out the best way to mount them...

Anybody out there with a 1936 Chevy or 1935 Chevy Master or whatever has a similar body to mine, please help me out with these hinges. I'd like either information or pictures of your hinge setups...

Here is the back of my std humpback 36 - there are large body holes that the base of hinge goes thru with a washer and screw underneath. The left and right are not interchangeable. Hope this helps - I am looking for a better pair for mine.
