no picture, but I saw a store that had a 57 hood ornament as the front door handle. I thought it was cool..

I think there was a thread on this a few years back...towel rods made from bumpsticks, and a Ferrrari V12 with a peice of gl*** on top as a coffee table. There was some cool stuff out there!

Seems I saw a coat/hat rack made from some ginormously long crankshaft, a huge brake drum (must have been from an old semi), and some con rods welded around the top...I was like three years old, so the crank couldv'e just LQQKED huge to me back then...

The coffee table idea sounds like a good idea for this 283 that keeps coming back home every few years...unless someone convinces me it's okay to bore a '67 model block past .060, or that it's fine to run eight sleeves with a turbo...it might just wind up as a piece of furniture!

  11. My Grandfather made this out of a Hillman hub cap and a WWII "practice" bomb.

Well I do need a bumper end. But that was a joke, and no I didn't see either off them.

A couple months ago someone posted some lights they had hung from the wall. They used stewart warner southwind heater shells as the light covers.
