Long time lurker from Tn. I've finally signed up and hoping to learn more. I'm mostly self taught from the Internet and books, as my father is NOT handy. I currently own a 1957 4 door sedan Bel Air, while it had "body work" and paint done a few years ago, it's clear to me that everything will have to be redone. Last note is that I'm completely deaf, not dumb but stone deaf...lost my hearing at 16 in a freak accident... Than ks in advance.... Chris
Nothing wrong with 4 doors. I'm working on a '55 Ford 4 door that my parents bought new. It's the car I learned to drive on. 272 and 3 on the tree. Welcome.
Thanks guys...I have learned so much from here already... Hope maybe one day, some day, I teach yall something!!! Chris
Welcome to the H.A.M.B. Chris, I too lurk alot and read the "How To's". I've learned quite a bit that I've put to good use on my 41. JMO but 4-doors are gaining popularity judging from the numbers I see at local car shows. One can take the whole family out and still cruiz in a cl***ic. TAke care and post some pictures of your 57 for all to enjoy. Take care -=robert=-
