Nice car, wonderful subtle mods. It's great that you can enjoy this hobby as a couple. Working with each other is always better than working against each other - which is the case for many.

Don't know the name of the place. Brian (Bass) had it done for me in Dallas. Not really show quality but pretty good. Send him a PM and he will tell you who it is if you want to.

I must say that for a lady to choose a car like that to build in the first place shows true class and great taste, but to have a partner in life to help you bring it to reality shows you picked a pretty good one there also;)

Real nice looking car now. Good job on picking that paint combination. To me the center of the hood screams for some kind of hood ornament right now it's nice but nothing to catch the eye and keep the focus on that nice long hood.

great taste and talent must run in the family...glad to see you stuck with a buick motor....even though nailheads are my personal favorite.

Thanks for a great story...you've got a fantastic car there and it's going to be a big inspiration when I start work on my '55.

    Very kool!!

I Love Black & Gold kustoms and yours is on the list of my favorites.
1955 Buicks make a great fondation for Kustoms and I love your mix
of changes and the stuff that you left alone. Doing this makes guys
second guess themselves. Did it come that way or did he change it.
Those Chrysler taillights look like they should have been there in '55.

Hopefully I'll get to see it in person someday.....

    Happy Trails,

    Mick
