Ford Pop/Anglia/Prefect disc brake conversion ??????????

Is there anybody out there who has successfully fitted disc brakes to their Anglia/Pop/Prefect? I've heard about the different suggested ways of going about this, but it would be good to know if anybody has actually completed this conversion and is running their car without any problems.
