    That funny looking purple 34 ford coupe with the track nose was in a old Honk magazine. Thats some good video!:D

    Way cool stuff. A couple of you mentioned "lots of white walls" Do you think that was a reginal thing that there were so many cars with them?

    That Merc belonged to a friend named Bud Ward. He was postman here in SA. None of these guys were from money - just loved their cars.

    People always photograph the NICE stuff, that doesn't mean there wasn't anything else there. I'm fairly sure there was a fair number of cars that were less attractive, so they didn't end up in the footage, that's all. As far as the *****s, well, that's just a good example of how our society as a whole has declined, not just hot rodding.
